Scheduling

Appointments are required for all services and are subject to availability. A credit card is needed to reserve your time.

Cancellations

We ask that you call (803) 642-9277 or email info@earthmuffinspa.com at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or adjust your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50% fee. Of course, we understand emergencies happen and we will always do our best to accommodate.

Gratuities

Tips are not included in our service prices. Gratuities are appreciated and left to your discretion.

Product Returns

Earthmuffin Spa proudly stands behind the quality of the products we carry. Unopened retail items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days with a receipt.
